Shipping and Return Policy

During the Christmas season (November and December), orders are processed and shipped almost daily We ship with the U.S. Postal Service and parcels normally arrive in 3-5 business days. If you need expedited service, additional shipping charges will apply; please call or email to alert us to such a need.

As my husband works in another state, I am out of town for some of the off-season so orders do not always ship as quickly. Please let us know if you are in need of an off-season order right away and we will make more immediate arrangements.

You are welcome to return or exchange any merchandise as long as it is in its original condition. Please call or email to initiate your return. Send the parcel securely wrapped in its original packaging, prepaid and insured to the address below. Include a copy of the packing slip you received with your order and indicate the reason for the return. If merchandise has been damaged in shipping, please call or email for a return label and include your wish for replacement, exchange, or refund.
